Miguel Ruvalcaba, our Field Operations Manager, plays a crucial role in overseeing the on-site execution of New Pass Dock and Seawall projects. Growing up at the Jersey Shore in New Jersey, Miguel developed a passion for marine environments early on. He moved to the Sarasota area in 2009, bringing with him 7 years of marine construction experience and has continued as a leader in industry since.
As the main point of contact for clients once a job has begun, Miguel coordinates daily operations, ensuring smooth progress and addressing any on-site issues. His hands-on approach and keen attention to detail guarantee that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
